model faq

what do you need from me?

I need your time, and lots of it. Expect to spend half of a day with me as we will use this time transforming your look, as well as for photography and possible filming. So plan accordingly! Be on time, bring something to keep yourself busy and please make sure any obligations won't get in the way.

There may also be some social media collaboration, which we can talk about more later.

Hair condition: I need you to be completely honest about your hair, its history and current condition. 

will i have to receive hair services that i do not want?

No, and by filling out the model application, it will help me determine your comfort level. I will work with you to determine if you are a good candidate for the role. I am looking for models who are open to change! However if you don't want a bob, or to go platinum we will leave that for someone else. I want you to love your hair and for us to have a good time together!

how will i know when you are ready to work with my hair?

I will contact you via email up to 2 weeks prior to a model opening. I will give you a 24 hour period to respond, and if I do not hear back from you I will contact someone else to fill the space. After this your name will be placed back in the queue.

Four days prior to your appointment, I will text and email you a confirmation with location details and other important facts.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cannot make your appointment to model, please contact me ASAP. These services are booked weeks to months in advance. So communication is mandatory and appreciated.

re-do'S and adjustments:

All hair done through the model program is final. There will be no complimentary redo's or adjustment's provided afterwards.

I loved it, can i model again?

Yes! Depending on the need! 

color materials fee:

All model color services will require a $75 color materials fee. This fee helps offset the cost of product used during the color session. This can be paid by VenMo, Cash or Card.
